About the Owner: Stacy Tolliver, Founder of SY Black Intimate Apparel LLC
My name is Stacy Tolliver, and I am the proud owner and founder of SY Black Intimate Apparel LLC. I’m a driven and passionate wife, mother of five adult children, and grandmother to three beautiful granddaughters.
At the age of forty-two, after years of hard work and perseverance, I made the life-changing decision to go back to school and earn my high school diploma. However, after encountering several dead-end jobs, I knew I wanted more for myself and my family. I went on to attend Martin University, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 3.88 GPA, earning a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Applications.
During my college years, my youngest child was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at the age of sixteen. Watching him face such challenges inspired me to reshape my purpose. His condition requires full-time care, and though it has been difficult, it also led me to discover my calling — to create a meaningful career that allows me to work from home while caring for him.
When the pandemic hit, I decided it was time to take control of my future and finally turn my longtime passion into a business. I have always been fascinated with sexy, stylish lingerie and intimate apparel. For years, friends and family have come to me to help them “find their sexy” — whether for weddings, bridal showers, special occasions, or simply to feel more confident in their own skin.
With over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service, I bring dedication, persistence, and a keen eye for detail, style, and comfort to my brand. SY Black Intimate Apparel LLC, a Black woman-owned company based on the east side of Indianapolis, is dedicated to empowering women of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to feel sexy, confident, and elegant — all from the comfort and privacy of online shopping.
SY Black focuses on quality, convenience, and trust, offering a safe and stylish space for women 18 and older to explore their sensuality through luxurious, trendy lingerie and intimate wear. The intimate apparel industry continues to grow rapidly, and I am determined to expand SY Black across the U.S., helping women everywhere embrace their sexy personalities with confidence and grace.
